  2. Professional team—implement rewarding the superior and weeding out the inferior, strengthen the effectiveness of incentives, improve the professional functions of the service team, and list the service efficiency of the people as the focus of daily work assessment.
  3. Proactive service—Improve the service function of grass-roots villages, take the initiative to care for and assist people who have suffered accidents, and handle various welfare service applications.
  4. Sound finances—strive for a balanced budget, improve fiscal discipline, and arrange priority administrative orders based on the amount of financial resources accommodated and priorities.
